Vue d’ensemble de la réduction des pertes post-récolte et des technologies de transformation du manioc en Chine, avec un accent particulier sur les technologies et méthodes utilisées pour la gestion des pertes post-récolte de cette culture. Les avancées relatives aux techniques et aux produits de transformation de la banane ont également été abordées, notamment en matière de production, de valeur nutritionnelle, de conservation et de transformation. Le contenu des présentations a mis en évidence le rôle important des technologies pertinentes et des méthodes appropriées dans la production, la transformation et le stockage du manioc et de la banane.
