The WFP Gansu Zinc-Enriched Potato Pilot Project supports local smallholder farmers to produce zinc-enriched potatoes, thereby enhancing both the nutritional value and economic returns of this staple crop. It aims to address the dual challenges of poverty alleviation and nutritional improvement.
