Mr. Hu Yuegao was born in August 1959. He has his PhD. in agronomy. He is also an adjunct professor in Shanxi Agricultural University; expert of Advisory Committee on the Institute of Modern Agricultural Development of the SCO Agricultural Base in Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University; Director of China Engineering Research Center to Combat Desertification, China Agricultural University; Vice President of China Farming System Research Society; Deputy Director of Pratacultural Engineering Committee of Chinese Society of Systems Engineering; Deputy Director of Grains Working Committee of Chinese Society of Food Industry; Member of Qian Xuesen Academic Committee of Qian Xuesen Library of Shanghai Jiao Tong University; and Director of Rural Revitalization Strategy Research Center of Guojie Research Institute.

Prof. Hu has more than 10 years of research, teaching and extension experience in the field of organic agriculture. He is experienced in the fields of crop cultivation technology, prataculture engineering, desertification control engineering, domain organic agriculture, agricultural safety engineering, regional agricultural sustainable development, global agricultural sustainable development, and the sixth Industrial revolution. Prof. Hu has visited the United States, Canada, Brazil, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Tanzania, Qatar, Israel, Japan, Russia, Cambodia and other countries in the field of agriculture.
