This course focuses on rice production. First, it covers the rice production process, introducing the basic steps involved. Then, it presents the current rice quality standard systems in China, which are crucial for ensuring the quality of rice. Next, the key links in quality rice production are discussed, highlighting the important aspects that affect the quality of the final product. After that, the theoretical analysis of key cultivation techniques is provided, explaining the scientific basis behind these techniques. The course also explores how Chinese farmers master these techniques, which may involve education, training, and on - the - job experience. Finally, a summary is given to review the main points of the course, aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of rice production from production process to quality control and farmers' learning methods.
