The three-session course is a comprehensive introduction of the food safety standard and regulations in China, including China's food security challenges, China's food quality and safety standards, and China's regulation of food quality and safety.

Senior Enginee

Wang Lirong, Senior Engineer, Vice President and Secretary General of Chinese Cereals and Oils Association (CCOA). She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Oil Engineering from Zhengzhou Grain College in 1982. From 1982 to 2002, she was engaged in the project management in grain and oil science and technology fields at the Ministry of Grain, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Internal Trade and the State Administration of Grain. From 2002 to 2013, she served as Deputy Director General at the Department of Distribution and S&T Development, the State Administration of Grain, and was engaged in the management of grain circulation infrastructure construction. From 2014 to 2017, she served as Chief Engineer at Standards and Quality Center of the State Administration of Grain and was engaged in developing domestic and international grain and oil standards and the supervision of grain quality and safety.
