Xiao Hongmei

Xiao Hongmei is engaging in teaching, scientific research and industrialization of food storage and processing in Nanjing Agricultural University since 1994, who presided over more than 10 national, ministerial and provincial projects, published more than 50 relevant research papers, 8 Chinese invention patents. The project achievements have been transformed and applied in the storage and processing of fruits and vegetables such as blueberries, figs, strawberries and tomatoes, which were also received high praise from relative enterprises, farmers and the government.
