Academy of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration( Former Name: Academy of State Administration of Grain, ab. ASAG), is the non-profit research institution on post-harvest research and service, directly under the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration, P.R. China.

There are 6 research institutes (including grain storage and logistics institute, safety institute, quality and nutrition institute, grain and oil processing institute, industrial economy institute, and strategic reserve institute), 3 centers (including grain and oil quality inspection and testing center, central laboratory, and transformation center of grain science and technology achievement), 2 enterprises (Beijing Guomao Dongfu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Guoliang Property Management Co., Ltd.).

Recently, the Academy has undertaken more than 200 national key research projects, made and revised more than 250 national and industrial standards, and designed more than 1,000 large-scale grain depots, logistics centers, grain and oil processing plants. It obtains a large number of scientific research achievements, which are widely used in grain industry. The Academy has made outstanding contributions to the development of the grain industry.
